If you are looking to improve your fitness, or need help in achieving a PB or complete your first Marathon. We offer a range of fitness classes to help you to achieve your own goals.
At Dragons our rehab gymnasium is used for Pilates, Sports and other injury rehabilitation and other fitness groups, as well as ante and post natal groups. And at David Lloyd we can use the gym facilities to assess any muscle imbalance and correct these with a full gym program
All of our classes are led by qualified and experienced teachers, and often by fully qualified Sports Physiotherapists. Whether you are a competitive sports person, or are just looking to stay fit and healthy, we can help you to succeed.

At Penny Porter Physiotherapy, we offer Pilates Classes for all ages and abilities.
