At your first appointment, your physiotherapist will go through a thorough history, related to your symptoms.
This will be followed by a musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment, looking at movement patterns, and muscle function, so that your physiotherapist can identify areas of weakness, and come up with an appropriate rehabilitation plan, to optimise healing and speed up the recovery process.
